We were there 13th - 27th October, lovely time to go. The parks were not busy, a few rides had big queues, so use your fast passes. The longest we queued was 20 minutes. Weather was very hot the first week. This is our favourite time to go[8D]

We were just there from 14th October I adore October, and find it to be a very favourable time to be in Florida, for so many reasons. Halloween celebrations in the parks and in general are an added bonus. The weather is perfect, we had 80 plus in the first week, and a little cooler the 2nd , about 75!!! I found the parks to have a nice flow, queues low, and Blue skies galore

I am sat here now picturing that blue sky Carol. Wishing I was there.[msnsmile2]

Friends of ours stayed in our villa for October half term and said the weather was great
I must admit i've never been to Florida in October so that's one i'll have to try
Mind you going out in 5 days so i can say i've tried November [msnwink]
5 days, i'm not excited, i'm not excited............
If i say it enough times maybe i'll believe it[msnscared]
    Then again maybe not!

We're usually there in October each year and would echo what the others are saying. The weather is usually around the mid eighties and normally not too humid (which makes a big difference!)
The UK school holiday fortnight tends to be a little busier in the parks but if you use the "fastpass" and "express" systems you can avoid the queues. October and May are our favourite times in Florida. (Along with Jan, Feb, March etc....)
    Have a brilliant time!!

We came out here on 9th October and we are still here with beautiful sunshine... October is a great month to visit. We had temps in the low 90's for a while and now we are in the low 80's. Also it is the start of the dry season here So don't worry it will be great!![msnwink]The parks are not too bad as far as the queues go.

Have not been back long - having seen Florida in May, August and October this year I have to say October was the best. The weather is fabulous - not too hot but hot enough to swim every day, get a bit of a tan and all you need is a fleece for the odd evening it is a little cooler. The theme parks were not too crowded - even on the busy days around Hallowe'en and the Hallowe'en events were fantastic.

Definately a good time to visit.
