Can someone please explain the setup of the Live Chat area. Have just tried to log in to talk to someone and I am told that the area is full. There does seem to be a lot of names listed there as being logged in but if my memory serves me right they are the same names that were there last night? At the time of writing this there only appears to be a few of them acutally logged in to the main site.
