Saturday 22nd October-
Epcot was on the cards today, a first for all of us[msnsmile2]
Stopped for breakfast on the way to Epcot and arrived just after opening. Headed straight for Soarin for fastpasses. Once we had these we had a wonder round. Went to see Honey I Shrunk the Audience, enjoyed this. Went to get fastpasses for Mission Space (I think thats what it is called), only 10 minute wait so went in, never even waited 10 minutes, got straight on[clap]. Ann didn't think she would like this so left her getting fastpasses for test track. Well I thought this ride was great, my kind of thing, didn't know what the expect so was pretty nervous before going on, glad I did. Ann was waiting when we came off and we all thought that she would enjoy it, so back we went again for another go, only a few minutes wait this time[clap]. After that we set off for Test Track, only 15 minutes wait so forgetting the fastpasses we joined the queue, longest 15 minutes I have ever known[msnscared]. Although I enjoyed this I didn't like the queing, the only thing that we have had to queue for this trip. It was now time to go to Soarin, another ride I had been looking forward to. Glad we had fastpasses as there was long lines all day for this. Again another ride I really enjoyed, infact we all thought this was very good. By the time we had come out of this the heavens had opened[msnsad]. This time I wasn't going to get as wet as I did at MGM so went to buy a poncho, Ann and Jessica both agreed that this was a good idea, the rest all said 'no way', although by the time we got to a shop the rest of the party agreed to have one. Spent the rest of the time hearing from Rachel 'can't believe that I'm actually wearing a poncho'[msnsmile2].
It was still pouring when we went over to World Show case and infact we hardly saw any of it. We all agreed to call it a day because of the rain, now that make 3 things we never got to see, wishes, fantasmic and reflections, oh well, will just have to go back again another time[msnwink]. Had a lovely day but would have liked to spend more time in this park. Went back to villa to dry off and just popped out later to get Papa Johns pizza, eyes bigger than our bellies as we ended up eating pizza for breakfast the next day.
Sunday -
Day off from the parks again but shopping at the Florida Mall today[clap]
Arrived around noon, first thing was to do as Jadehouse suggested, book a table at Ruby Tuesdays. Normally open to 9pm but they had a notice up saying due to Wilma they would be closing at 7pm. Booked a table for 5pm, thought 5 hours shopping would be enough. Ann and Sarah went one way while the rest of us went the other. Had a great afternoon shopping and managed to part with loads of money, haven't actually told Peter how much yet[msnwink].
Had a lovely meal at Ruby Tuesdays, will be going these again[msntongue]. Stopped at Walmart on the way back to the villa. By the time we had come out it was absolutely pouring down had to go back in and get some brollies. Brilliant thunder storm too. Was glad to get in the villa though. Listening to the weather reports we knew that we were going to be stuck in most of the next day.
Monday - had originally planned to go to Busch Gardens today but due to Wilma had to put this off until tomorrow. As it turned out today was a good day to stay in as I was ill for most of the day. By 4pm the others were ready to go out for something to eat leaving me alone to sleep. They went to Sonny's Pit BBQ which they all said was nice.
Tuesday -
Off to Busch Gardens today[clap], glad I was feeling better today as I din't want to miss this. Tried to set off early but it just didn't happen, teenage girls will not be rushed. Went straight there but stopped for breakfast at IHOP right near Busch Gardens, sat watching Shreika while eating pancakes. We always enjoy Busch Gardens but today they seemed to be so many things closed or broken down. Did't actually seem to do alot today[msnsad]. The wooden r
