UNSUBSCRIBE.?

When we subscribed to a topic, we got a lot of e-mails, we have taken the "unsubscribe" option, but are still getting loads of e-mails.
Help, how do we stop them.

apart from clicking on the unsubscribe button i am also at a loss unless you have subscribed to more than one topic[?]
