I always buy a couple of packs of Crest Ultra Whitening strips from Publix, they really do a great job. Not had them whitened at a dentist but I did have a filling once that fell out after a week back so that was dissappointing and put me off. Can recommend the strips though, they're about a third of the cost that they are here.

The arm and hammer peroxide whitening toothpaste is also very good indeed.

Yes, next time you're in the supermarket in Florida, notice the staff teeth. Lots of poorer Americans have terrible teeth as they can't afford the dental fees.

I would be reluctant to use any of those products, I think basically they just have something a bit abrasive in the paste, like bicarbonate of soda, and eventually I think is would damage the surface enamel of the tooth. Anyway thats my humble opinion. Chloe

I get emails and offers sent over from Britesmile, we are all having ours done when we go back in March.

I had my teeth bleached last August and they are still great - you get a home top-up kit too, I can thoroughly recomend the place I went to, very high tech and friendly..and only 5-10 mins from Millenia Mall

    8976 Conroy Windermere Road
    407 909 1099

I originally booked with Britesmile but they sent me to some awful hikky dentist out in the sticks[msnmad] Windermere were a touch cheaper and there was no comparison with the dentist[msnwink]
