Sarah If you are struggling again to find wrapping paper at the last minute head to WalGreens they have tons of stuff even on Xmas eve as Mrc CDV found out last year. He bought me a Jewlerry Amouire as one of my presents, it was over 3 foot tall and he wrapped it bless him you should have seen it!
I love wrapping pressies and spend a night doing it, I get some nibbles, a bottle of champers, some xmas music and every sort of wrapping material under he sun and really go for it. On more than one ocassion my friends have told me they did not want to open the pressie and spoil the wrapping so the effort is worth it.
Last year with Mr CDV I was running out of time and had tons to wrap so I cheated and got some xmas tissue and the flat boxes that you build yourself in packs of ten and I put all his stuff in that.
I saw those bike bags last year, they think of everything[xmas2]

Thanks CDV I will know where to look next time. Mind you it was our first visit and we were very green, hadn't discovered the joys of Florida shopping at the time.![]()

Thanks for all this advise, we are also in Florida at Christmas and I was going to wrap the gift we already have before we went, just to save some time but now will leave until we get there.
Thanks again

Wow lots of responses - Thanks, I was going to take a picies of the presents we were taking out as i don't want them to think we have bought more than we should coming back!!!!!! (LEGO) mind having just spent the weekend at Legoland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how much more could we get!!! my son will say loads, this list is getting bigger, not that he knows we have got most of it! it just won't all be going to Florida![xmas1][xmas1][xmas1]

One way to make coming back to the UK a bit easier is to hide some of his presents around your house before you leave and make him a "treasure hunt", give him the clues when you are travelling back from the airport ,this will hopefully keep him occupied whilst you get on with the unpacking.
Good idea![]()
