As a Gulf Coast homeowner I welcome parties of two or three persons, they are much easier on the utilities which after all I pay for. We have a three-bed villa and find that smaller parties not only easier on the utilities but are less prone to have the air-conditioning on full blast and then leave the exterior sliders and French doors open!
