We travel from our home at Glenbrook on H27 (just north of the 192), using back roads to reach the Osceola Parkway to take the I4 north to Universal. We can do this in 20mins although at peak times it may take a little longer. We've had season tickets at Universal for the past couple of years so tend to visit quite a lot during our stays.

We use this route to reach anywhere along the I4: SeaWorld, Orlando Premium Outlets, Beltz (can't remember it's new name), The Pointe for the cinema etc. As someone has posted, there is a new road being built to Disney and it may cut some time off. We'll have to wait and see.
