Hi can anyone give me information on tuscan hills?
have they started building the resort yet , how many villas will be built, were the site is located etc.
been offered a villa at a real knock down price, and was wondering what the catch was. lol

The site is as yet unfinished I believe but it is very well positioned just south of the 192/27 junction and approx 8 miles from the Disney Parks.

Both builders on Tuscan Ridge were the only companies in FL to get a top mark write up in Better homes........

Hi All,
Yes I can confirm the the site is nowhere near finished yet. I know because i am due to close on our villa at Tuscan Hills next week. We are one of the first to close on the detached villas so I would imagine it would be a clustered villa offered to you. It will be a lovely site once finished but still along way to go as the last lots being sold wont be complete until at least August next year.
