Forgot to mention this after our last trip but the SkyRide Tower was closed for refurbishment during our visit in late April/early May 2003. The encroachment into the lake by the engineers also meant that the waterskiing show was also not available.
Does anyone know when these attractions reopen as it is not mentioned on the SeaWorld website.

I'm not sure if the skyride is reopening Les, they had a grand opening for the new "Waterview or Waterside" area a couple of days ago, the details are on the website, I can't remember exactly what is there thought.

We wnet in Aug 2003 and the waterski show was still closed. Going back this April, does anyone know if it is re-opening?
I think the water ski show was cancelled after an accident at a sister park when a ski boat came out of the water and into the crowd a video of the accident was on tv just last night
It's a shame if the Water Ski Show doesn't ever re-open
We have been several times and always found it pretty good entertainment.
