He was very talented and I am not sure there are many if any at the moment who can follow in his footsteps. Not only was he an outstanding actor he was also an excellent writer.
They had a tribute to him on Richard and Judy last night, he was just so funny - God Bless!
He will be sadly missed.
A pure comic genius, excellent character actor and an outstanding comedy writer.
I feel as though I've lost a very dear friend.
