Villa advertisers section

Help please,
When I try to go to the villa advertisers section I get the message-
This area is for villa owners who have a live advert with us only. I have checked and my advert is live. I have tried logging out and back in again. There is no opportunity to use a pass word. Am I doing something wrong or just not seeing something I should be?
