I agree with you Blott - reminds me too much of the Dentist. Gatorade is really great if anyone in you party gets de-hydrated as a result of too much sun and not enough fluids.

Just for everyones info, Gatorade is one of the worst drinks for calories. Just take a look at how many are in a bottle.

Will soon put you off for life. That is why it is so good at giving you an energy boost.

Coca-Cola have there version called Powerade which is available every where in the UK
