Do we did to get a visa?
My husband 15 years ago had a 18 month driving ban for failing to provide a speciem.
we've tried reading the website but it doesnt make sense.

Jules this is the link for embassy in London which is a lot easier to understand than the USA one

This link should take you straight to the page you need which tells you what you have to do. You can either fill in the form on line and just follow the instructions, then print it of to take with you when you go to the embassy. Or you can print the of line visa forms and fill in my hand to take with you. You have to phone the Embassy to make the apointment they will send you an info pack telling you what you need to bring with you, plus they will enclose payment slips for you to go to Barclays Bank to pay the fee. The form you need is the Non imigrant B2 visitors visa.
