Day Spas

Could anyone recommend a good Day Spa.

Before you all get the wrong idea, it's for a guest. Honest! Yeah yeah yeah, I know, we all say that.

I'm figuring that the one at Celebration Fitness would be a good start. I have to admit to never having been there (yeah yeah yeah, more excuses) but their gym is excellent so I would always figure that the other facilities are too.

There are good Spas at the Gaylord Palms, Ritz Carlton and Disney's Grand Floridian. The Spa facilities at the Disney Institute are very good too. Howeverthe best Spa by far is at the Breakers in Palm Beach

We had a look around the Omni ad ChampionsGate and the spa offered all sorts of beauty treatments and massage therapies.

Worth a look.
