    Entry Point Boulevard

Curiosity more than anything, but when we stayed at Emerald Island this year we always used Formosa Gardens to reach our house. Entry Point Boulevard going Eastbound from Formosa Gardens looked like a dirt track but going east from the 192 it looked okay.

Is it an okay usuable route eg from Sherberth Road direct to Emerald Island and Lindfields?

I've just had another look at a map and to be honest it was actually Funie Steed Road that looked like a dirt track if you headed from Formosa Gardens Eastbound towards Entry point Boulevard.

It is still dirt track, and not roadworthy after rain, in parts. Better to stick with the main road really.

It is also very bumpy with lots of ruts - could damage the car?

According to your car rental agreement, you're not supposed to take the car on unmade roads and, if you do, you're responsible for any damage that occurs.

Its only about 250 yards long and better after its rained as the traffic flattens it out. We always use this route at peak times as you just cross the 192 and dont travel up it. great shortcut.
