I'm inclined to book my car hire on your smashin' site here, if only to show a bit of gratitude for all the help you guys have given me recently.
The sticking point is Mrs. Macka, who reasons that if something goes wrong, perhaps Dollar can say, 'well you'll have to take it up with your booking agent' so she wants to book direct as we've nevr ahada problem booking with Dollar direct before.
Can anyone provide me with some reassurance for Mrs. Macka?[msnwink]
No, Dollar don't say that - not in my experience anyway. And you get the very best customer service from here (as well as the best prices)! We've rented from here at least four times and never had a problem or anything else but efficient service and trouble free renting.

We have booked cars online here on our last 6 visits and have prebooked for our next two visits[msnsmile2]. We have never had a problem with Dollar on the vouchers we got from here (in fact i would say we have been treated better since we started renting from here than with travel company vouchers, which always had problems!![msnmad]) You know what you have paid for and its printed on the voucher/email nice and clear!! enjoy[msnwink]
If you book with us, all we do is provide a voucher that can be exchanged at the Dollar desk for a car on arrival. At that point you sign a contract with Dollar so end up the same as if you have booked with Dollar, but save quite a bit of money into the bargain.
If you do have a problem with the car while you are there, you deal with Dollar direct.
Car Hire from this site is by far the cheapest place to buy. I have had quotes from Thomas Cook and Holiday Auto and they cannot get anywhere near the prices using both Alamo or Dollar. We have used this site many times now and never had any problems with either Dollar or Alamo at Orlando airport.
All you need to do is hand in the printed car rental form as well as your driving license and thats it.

Well we have been travelling to Florida for over 14 years now, and my husband likes a bargain...trust me!! Having found this forum last year, i suggested he should check out the prices, and he agreed it was the best price available, so we booked, service was excellent in March this year too. We have booked a car through the site again for October and will be doing so for next march too!! I have only praise to offer Mrs Macka[msnwink]
I have never had any problems with Dollar
I doubt that would be their reaction to a problem
I have traveled to Florida too many times to count over this time I have used many companies

I will continue to use them as long as I need to hire a car

If I'd known about it sooner I would have saved enough money for another trip
