13yo traveling with her Aunt, what letter we need?

    Hi everyone,
I know this has been covered before but i can't find the thread! My your cousin (13yo) will travel out with us on 29th of October. She has her own passport so should be no problems there, however I did read that Mom should get some sort of letter. I persume this is for medical emergancies but what type of letter and who needs to make it out? Any help would be great thanks!

I think Carla's letter on the other thread sets it out well.

We did something similar last year when we took one of our friends children with us.

Make sure she has her own medical insurance, or is named on yours.

She will also need her own customs form on landing.
