    You also have to keep your mouth closed we had to get childrens passports last year and had to keep changing until it was right in the booth[:O]

    my boss has just put his passport in for a new 'un, and he got phoned up to tell him that he was a pound short in payment (he's done this thru work), anyway the person on the end of the phone said that from monday his photo would have meant his application would've been rejected as the background has a SHADOW on it!. (The photo was taken in one of those booths with a white background). Supposedly they will be telling all the photo booth manufacturers to change the lighting so to eliminate the shadow....

    how much of this will be really acted upon will be seen in due time.

    We have a friend whos husband had his photo returned as 'his head was too big' he reckons it has always been that size and doesn't know what else he can do. Weird isn't it.

    That just made me giggle......Good job it's only a shot of peoples heads that are needed. Imagine all the restrictions if other body part photos were necessary!!!!
