With all that has been mentioned above.

And still not sure, ask more question about the villa, check the photo's again and again ask for latest photes and ask if you can have the m.c phone no to check if every thing is o/k (What you see is what you get we do not hide anything and that why people come again and again.

If you have booked on one the 3 sites above you have absolutely no worries. All owners must keep within specific guidelines by the site owners to safeguard the rentor.
If you still need reassurance contact the villa owners and they will happily give you any information, help and advice.

Florida villas are really good value for money aren't they in comparison with alot of other areas in the US. We rented a house in Annapolis last year for $2100 per week, which did not have anywhere near the facilities we offer in our own villa for much less than that.
As everyone else has said Rick, if you book through an owner on this site you will be fine as all the homes are regularly verified. Have fun choosing.[msnsmile2]

We all take great care of our homes and try and offer everything our guests may need, I think Florida villas are the greatest value for money around. And as the others have said villas advertised here have to prove ownership.

    Hi Rick
The obvious question is what would reassure you? All the houses on the 3 sites above must prove that they are privately owned every 6 months, which is how they get the verified logo. The best thing you can do is speak with the owner who will hopefully be able to reassure you. They will be able to give you the name, address and phone number of the management company which you can check out. They will have other photographs of the villa which they can send you and will be able to answer any questions that you have, this is one of the key benefits of dealing direct with the owner. At the end of the day you will see that villas in Florida offer fantastic value which is why they are very popular and once people have stayed in a villa they never return to hotels. Have a great trip.
