contacting disney

this is probably quite a rare question, but how the heck do you complain to disney?!?! does anyone have a customer services email address or address as I can't find one for the life of me on their website?

I would use the "contact us" form on their website and ask the question "where do I complain to for ......xxx..?"

hi, thanks for the quick advice.

I'm afraid the form appears to have broken at the moment as whenever I post it says details are missing and places a red dot next to a gap int he page where I assume a textbox should be. I did succeed in sending them an email through this system last week but they haven't replied. They are quite difficult to contact, I suppose that if I wanted to spend money with them they'd get back to me a little faster...:S

I would get in touch with guest relations of the park or resort which I had the complaint about.
Disney always react efficiently to complaints if they are made at the time when the problem occurs. I know this is not always possible but it helps.
