What have I done wrong??

My advert seems to have gone wrong.I thought my slide show had stopped working but when I scroll down, my advert repeats its self and in the second one the slide show works!!
Can anyone offer advice please?!!

Someone has added a new villa and instead of selecting the existing Arcadia Estates from the drop down list they have added it again. I've removed the spare on now and your advert is back to normal.

One of these days I'll get round to fixing that bug.
