I'm almost certain that Dillards stock Vans.
Well we just returned & my niece got some brilliant Vans at the Beltz mall. One pair was $25, the other pair was $10 but the second pair was half price! So two pairs of Vans for $30 - I believe this is amazing! Prices of around £70 in the UK I believe are quite normal! (No, I've never heard of them before either!!)
