Well Wednesday morning arrived, breakfast was had and a trip to Universal Studios was the agenda for the day.
Took the I4 which really saved us some time in getting there, paid a little extra for the preferred parking (well why not, nice to feel special sometimes).
Just before entering the park booked the Hard Rock Cafe for tea around 5pm and into the park we go. The day was extremly hot well into the 90s again, so we headed straight for Shrek 4D, what a laugh [laugh] brilliant never had a donkey sneeze on us before. Yuk !
On leaving Shrek Rebecca our youngest wanted to get some autographs so we headed around the corner and guess who was there, SCOOBY DOO [clap]
Emma our eldest wanted to go on The Mummy Returns so while Jane & Rebecca continued with the Autographs me and Emma shot off and did the ride, Scary or what, dosen't half pick up some speed sometimes.
Other rides we did were, Earthquake - Great, Back to the Future - OK ET - Brilliant, and Jaws - Great but may be not the best idea to do this ride as we are doing some Scuba Diving next week at Key Largo.
Thursday arrived and Jane & Emma had big smiles on there faces as it was shopping day at the Millenia Mall for them while me and Rebecca did Magic Kingdon, tried to cancel all the credit cards but Jane must of hidden the telephne numbers. [msncry]
Me and Rebecca had a fab time at Magic Kingdon catching the boat over seven seas lagoon meeting all the Disney Characters eating ice creams going on rides and generally having a fab time. First time ever we met had a photo taken and got the autograph of Cinderella. Rebecca,s face was a picture.
4.30pm arrived and it was time to head back to the MAll, me with a sweat on my forhead thinking of how hot the credit card may be. Entered the Mall to the sight of Jane and Emma carryng about 8 bags each. [msncry]
Anyway dined at the Cheesecake Factory and had an absolutly fab meal. Key Lime Cheesecake "fabulous".
Thurday night was Cirque De Soleil night, what a brilliant show, so many things going on at one time you don,t know where to look. Will be definatly going to see this show on our return to Florida.
Friday is now upon us and we have decided to Chill by the pool all day, will be popping out after lunch to top us all up on Pumps/sneakers at the Nike Store, having an evening drink with Linda & Bryan next door and hopefully Ian & Gillian before we head off for a week down at Key Largo. Scuba Diving, Natural Dolphin Swim & lots of sun bathing on the agenda and just a general chill out to get over the busy 8 days at the parks.
