Like you we did the theme parks on our 1st visit but on our 2nd visit we are doing Universal parks again with busch gardens this time because we didn't do that last time,we're doing discovery cove,doing the beaches then possibly places like clearwater,the everglades,boggy creek but something else might come along as well

Have you been to Kennedy Space Centre? - it's well worth a visit.

If you want to try something a bit different, apparently there is a Rodeo in Kissimmee on a Friday night although we've not tried it. I'm sure someone on the Forum will be able to give you details.

Sea screamer is fantastic. Hommassas Springs is well worth a visit, you can get very close to the manatee.
