We bring back all sorts of things, i'm a care assistant and i bought my work shoes which if i'd got here would have cost £60ish and i paid only $20 in Walmart. Salt and Pepper from Walmart (the black and white ones with pictures of vegetables on ). Mustard and other foods like Potatoe Toppings, Not forgetting the clothes and trainers etc but that goes without saying really.
We always buy something to go on our Disney tree at christmas. We buy too much really .

I've brought Brushpicks tooth picks back as well - boxes and boxes of them.
Also brought air fresheners, plug in refills - how sad [msneek]

And I've brought napkins, george foreman grill cleaners, door hooks, torches, egg poachers, grapefruit spoons, gift bags, pastry brushes. Oh I can't begin to tell you all the stupid things I have carried in my suitcases - anyone would thinkg we didn't have shops here!!!!!

Well this thread has certainly made me feel much better. I thought I was the only one - I got my husband to read it as he always accuses me of behaving like there are no shops in England!

I have brought back most of the items mentioned: bicycle, deep fat fryer, smoothie maker, glasses, 7ft pre lit Xmas tree, chopping boards, clothes, food and many more.

Is there an Orlando Shoppers Addiction clinic I can check myself into - I'm definitely addicted .

A 7' Prelit(900 bulbs) Christmas tree. Bought a couple of transformers to kick the voltage down to 110v. Assembled it, plugged it in, WoW!! Was it Bright!!! I thought it must be like that....lol... we needed sunglasses on in the lounge. I swear we could have illuminated the whole street, I went outside and looked in and it was just really bright. When I came in we heard some crackling noises coming from it and Santa on top was starting to melt!! It was then I realised something was wrong[msnscared] So I tried the other transformer and it was fine.....the first one was faulty! By this time though it had taken out some of the bulbs and by the end of Christmas they were dropping like flies. That high voltage had been to much for the poor little devils. So, when we go back in 8 weeks time we have to buy 900 bulbs so that when we get back we will have to painstakingly replace them all[msnscared][msnscared]

Now my dad does that with the outside lights....I think he had the odd problem last year...and they all died on him New Years day......

Probably against every import regulation but I never gave it a second thought on my first trip, I bought back a bag of assorted shells collected at Indian Rocks (there were just so many different ones and even coral on the beach) and fixed them all around a mirror so we have bit of Florida in our bathroom and 2 of the HUGEST fir cones I had ever seen, collected from the toy r us car park near the FLorida Mall which are now fixed to a large red bow and come out at Christmas time.
