I have a nice offer for a villa at [link edited].
I live in the Netherlands and do not know how to verify that the offer is real and no scam. Is there any way to check if the offer is real? Does it sometimes happen that an offer is not real, and that people lost there money? And,even worse, you arrive at the villa to find out that there is no reservation? Is there any way to verify something?

If you put out a request on the links up top, you are assured the Villa is on the up and up and we all have to be verified. I have had 2 guests from the Netherlands and both families were lovely!
Email the owner and ask for references. I never hesitate to offer some if the client is curious. I just had a potential renter call me on the phone to chat to rest her mind.

Like Karen has said , all the villas are verified on the Orlando villa sites and I like a lot of other owners are always happy to phone our guests and have a chat to them and answer any questions that they might have. We all take great pride in our homes and most of us spend several weeks there ourselves. Put in your request and you will be spoilt for choice.

Thanks for the warning. I almost booked a villa at a company which seems very unreliable. It would be desaster for my family (me,wife ,2 children of 9 /12) to discover after 16-18 hours travelimg from the Neherlands that the booked villa is not oke. Perhaps I will find here a reliable villa (3 BDR, August 16 - Sept. 1 , heated pool , prefer spa).

I have had guests from the Netherlands booked through this site and we spoke on the phone as well as by email. You can be assured that every home on this site has been verified, no owner is allowed on without this.

Welcome to the forum. You are very wise to be cautious of some of the companies. There have, unfortunately been cases of companies taking money and then not having the accommodation when the guests arrive. However as has been said the site owners here have made sure that the owners here are genuine and each 6 months we have to send proof that we do still own the property.
By dealing direct with the owner you will know exactly where you are staying and can ask as many questions of the owners as you wish (none of us mind as we all love talking about Florida and our homes.)

Is it enough when I only make a request in one of them , I only filled in the form at the left one. Or must I make it in all 4?

Putting a enquiry through the first link is fine, you will get quite a few villas to choose, from as well as if you try the next two as well. The choice will be a lot more, as the homes available on all three are different. They are sister sites, where all different people homeowners advertise.
Try all three if you like, you will be sploit for choice.
