Sandy Ridge

Some friends of ours have seen a couple of rental villas they like in Sandy Ridge.
They were wondering if their is still much building work going on in the community? They are not planning to go until next March.
I said I would ask on here as I'm sure lots of people will know the area and will be able to help.
I have mentioned to them they should make a general enquiry to the 3 sites on here[msnwink]

Hi Yvonne,

All the villas that are on Sandy Ridge Drive which is where mine is located are virtually finished with the exception of 3 or 4. As you go further into the community then obviously you will have more and more villas under construction.

What I will say is that nearly all the villas on Sandy Ridge Drive have conservation views so your not disturbed by anyone, other than the birds twitering away in the trees.

If its next March when your friends want to book then things will have progressed somewhat.
If you would like to DM me I can go through Sandy Ridge in more detail and also I will be out there myself in September for 2 weeks so I can give you further details and progress then.

I may be biased in saying this Yvonne but Sandy Ridge is a beautiful community and your friends will have a wonderful time staying in any of the villas there.

I have only just seen this post as I'm actually on Sandy Ridge at the moment. I can confirm what Davy has said, the building work is now minimal and the majority of Phase 1 will be completed by October / November this year.
