**advice needed please**
have seen on the walmart website a lovely Harley Davidson electric powered motorbike its only $168 it doesnt have anything about shipping costs on it, do you know if i would be able to buy it in florida and carry it back on the plane????????
my grandson absolutely loves it! i would love to buy him it for christmas! any ideas anyone?

Ray and Sarah its the same as a typical sit and ride toy for a small child, (well a bit bigger and heavier)

Liesa if it is not massive you can bring it back as luggage (having said that I don't know about Air Atlanta) but in the past I have brought back a full size bike, I childs toy kitchen, a brand new pushchair in the box, etc so depending on weight and how its packed you can include it in your baggage allowance[msnwink] You would need to check with the airline though first[msnwink]

Other problem to consider is recharging the battery, you need to know if you can use/buy an adapter to recharge it here. At least buying it in UK it will be suited to the electrics ans should you get any problems will be easier to replace then if something goes wrong and you've bought it in US (I know Asda will give you money back but children dont want that generally they want a replacement.

You will also have to check if it uses a 'wet' type battery, like a small car battery. I don't think that airlines will allow them in the hold.
