    Picture quality

Why are the 'photo's that I insert of such poor quality? They are great when viewed with MG Photosuite but as soon as I resize and upload them they are very poor. Should I use Gif instead of jpeg?
    Thanks..

Try using a JPG compression of 70%, this is the higher quality end of the jpg compression and should give you a smaller file but good quality.
