Avatar help

Hiya,

Can someone help me with my avatar please?

I do have one, but this was found by luck after lots of searching various websites. Also, I don't really like it. I know it's not the end of the world, but as I'm getting into this forum lark, I'd like a new decent one.

It was a bit tricky as I didn't really know what I was looking for or how to find it. I really like the dancing, flashing pictures and especially those with photos of the dogs, etc. But I haven't a clue what to do or where to find them.

I'd be grateful if you can point me in the right direction. Simple instructions a must!!
