I am sure at some time we have all experienced sunburn and it isn't very pleasant.

Florida have great remedies - particularly cooling gels. They also do great aftersuns - Aloe Vera is particularly good for maintaining your tan.

Again, most drugstores and supermarkets hold these and there is always a wonderful choice - you will find that the shop's own brand is usually as good as any others.

It's worth carrying pure lavender oil over in your case and Nelson's homeopathic burn cream from good health stores. I averted a really nasty case of sunburn-just using those two produts and it didn't even blister.
