Florida is fabulous any time of year !! We are going in September this year as I am a fan of the hotter weather.

The parks are less busy in September as the kids are back in school. The weather will be a lot warmer than December also. If you have already tried December, why not try September for a change, as Jean says, any time in Florida is fantastic.

I would choose September, it is a lovely temperature, and the parks would be a lot quieter than at New Year.[msncool]

Well this year we went in September and December. Both times the weather was fab ( although hotter in September) and bothe times the parks were quiet so just go for it Either way you will have a great time.

If I had a choice I would go for September. I have not been at this time of year but have been for the New Year and would guess that September would be warmer and the days longer.

It will be a lot warmer in September, although the option to go in December and see all the festive decorations and parads is worth seeing as well.

a lovely time of year, we went twice in december and then tried sept, altho, December is all kitted out for christmas and soooooooo pretty everywhere, its also that bit cooler!!! it was only 29th it was so lovely, the weather is warmer and its just a wonderful time of year but if you wait till December then you will obviously wait that bit longer to go to the most wonderful place!!! i would say September, we just had to cancel this years hols and that was booked for Sept 28th, but hey next year wont be too far away!! so very probably sept next year!!!

have a great time whenever you go!!

September - as everyone above has said the weather is considerably warmer. Although in January it is likely to be pleasantly warm in the day, the evenings and nights are cold (can even get down to freezing!)

OK, September is in hurricane season - but this really isn't anything at all to worry about. The media hype this up out of all proportion. We were in Florida in 2004 when a hurricane came directly overhead - one day of bad very windy weather and then back to glorious sun!

Whichever you choose - you'll have a wonderful time! Enjoy!
