When Cannon & Ball were desperate for work they used to appear at the (is it) Macado Centre on International Drive, the spanish esk shopping centre that used to have that silly titanic exhibition, you know the one, well anyway, they used to perform there in the winters of the late 90s.
And yes they were quite funny too !

We saw Cannon & Ball at the Tuppaware Centre in 1993 on our Honeymoon! Support act was Davy Jones from the Monkee's - it was a very good evening all round with buffet etc but boy did it tip it down as we left, we were soaked through as we got on the bus back to our hotel.
It was the first time I had ever seen Florida rain and boy did it rain... flash flooding, thunder & lightning... still gave me a excuse to snuggle up... not that on our honeymmon we needed an excuse...!!!

saw Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid & Cracker) on the top of the Empire State Building back in '99. All I remember of him, as he was stood next to me, was his huge boat sized trainers and he was really miserable and snapped at anyone who tried to talk to him.
The Rock...did not know who he was at the time, there was just a lot of kids crowding round getting excited[msneek]

in 2000 spoke to joe cole(chelsea) at check in, and then as we were waiting to board spoke to kevin phillips(southampton)and then again at animal kingdom.
You may see Stringfellow at my place if our Christina uses it......she is best friends with his daughter...and he always visits them when they are away........I wonder if he can still get a visa......???

Once when we were in TGI Fridays at Lake Buena Vista we sat on the next table to Kevin Keegan - the famous English soccer coach as the waitress put it! He was with his mother & his wife & 2 daughters. He was very nice & spent time chatting with the children about their favourite football team & signed autographs for them. [msnsmile2]
