    Good Afternoon!

I found my way here while searching thru the hundreds and hundreds of villa rentals[msntongue]
Great Site, contains a wealth of information that is of particular interest to me as I am planning my first trip to Florida for Christmas.
I have to say that it's all a little overwhelming right now....where to stay, how many bedrooms, how much, where to visit...disney, seaworld, how am I going to afford all this....[msnscared]
    LOL
Anyway, great to know I can come in and post my questions to the pro's!

Get your family to write a wish list, then put in a request to the 3 sites. The villas will state how many they sleep, then you have to factor in how many people in your party will double up.Once you get the replies from owners it is surprisingly easy to draw up a short list. Then it is another family conference to pick out the favourite. Then get your deposit to the owner as fast as possible to secure your choice

There is a resident ticket guru on this site who can advise you on tickets for theme parks.I would advise you to stay as long as you can in order to space things out so you enjoy your villa and some shopping etc.

The must dos for most folks are the four Disney parks the 2 Universal parks and Sea World. Then if you have tome Busch,Discovery Cove, many National Parks, lots of water parks and many more things. It takes 40 days to do everything! (But save some things for another time!)

As far as cost goes, don't forget you save a load of money by choosing a villa over a hotel,so you are in pocket already. For us Brits, shopping is very cheap as well,I don't know if that applies to you guys as well?

One thing I would say is to get onto it this weekend.A lot of owners are close to,or are fully booked.Christmas is a magic time to go but also very popular so don't delay.

Finally, enjoy the planning and then the anticipation of the holiday of your life!
