Hi I found this subject very interesting indeed. As we are going in August and my brother and wife are planning a surprise visit for my parents as its their 50th Anniversary and I was wondering the same.

I will need to add them to the booking form when I know for sure if its definite they can come.

thanks for sharing this important information to us.

it would be silly not to as we dont pay by the amount of people or per person so as long as we dont go over the permitted amount and with all names down everyone should be fine?

    Hi Rebekah

If there's any chance your parents might see the booking form , I'm sure you can ask the owners to send you a "dummy one" that doesn't have your brother and wifes name on so you can still maintain the surprise for them, I'm sure they are going to be thrilled.

For many years when we have been out in Florida we have had friends come to stay the night before they were flying back to the UK, we always asked the villa owner and gave them the names for insurance etc and there has never been a problem[msnwink]

Open and honest at all times is the best policy[msnsmile]

As it doesnt cost any more money to add guests, as long as the villa is licenced for that amount of guests, it is better to have everyone registered on booking form.

You can add them to the booking form. But you can add just one or two days before they arrival.
