Do you know anyone going to Live-8.

Does anybody know anyone going to the Live8 concert in Hyde Park on Saturday? One of the mums from school is going and one of the parents of the kids at nursery is too. I applied and not lucky. I did not get tickets for Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace either.
I think some of our neighbours are going to organise a Live8 party, as we are all of that age when we remembered the first!!!

I won tickets but unfortunately Dave has to work that day and we had already arranged for friends to come round in the evening, so my daughter has graciously volunteered to take them off my hands[msnwink]

My brother did....although he did say this 'free' concert is going to cost him loads because of travel and hotel.
Serves him right for being so lucky...

my son has "won" tickets for Edingburgh Live8,

Our lad is "working" at the london live8. Arranged thru his university, at least his travelling expenses are paid. I did take the p when i said to take a paid of marigolds with him in case he got latrine duty.[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

I would like to go to the American one as Bon Jovi are playing[clap] But unfortunately I can't afford it, so will have to listen to it on radio[msncry], hope everyone going has a great day, and be part of history.[clap]

Does anybody know how they are showing it on TV, IE mixture of the American concert the French concert etc or will they just concentrate on the UK ones?
