The Olive Garden

I too love Olive Garden. Went to the one on the 192 on 12/06 and had a lovely meal. Definately recommend it. Aiminghigh is right, those bread sticks really are scrummy........

Had fabulous meal here at the Idrive 1 on last visit. I had scampi with linguine Mmm. Hubby said best meal all hols but I preferred Carrabas on the 192 which also has a fab happy hour. You cant go wrong with either. Both EXCELLENT

We were at the one on 192 in July. We all had a fantastic meal until hubby discovered a piece of plastic sheeting in his meal, and he promptly lost his appetite. He quietly mentioned it to the server who sent the manager over in under 1 minute.

They could't do enough for us, bringing free drinks and hubby's meal was knocked off the bill and he got a free dessert.

So not a brilliant experience for him but the rest of the party enjoyed their meals and the service was excellent.

Most of the time its not the problem that makes people unhappy its how you recover the situation. Good to here the Olive Garden is excellent at service recovery.
This story only makes me want to try it when we are over even more.
