This is now fully open. It is directly opposite the Belz mall. There is a water feature with a huge water spout outside and a big water feature inside also. It is enormous and most beautifully decorated for Xmas at the moment.
As well as some really good shops ( one a clothes shop selling everything for $8.99!!) and a food court, there is also a multi screen cinema and an indoor skate park for the kids. The glow in the dark mini golf looks interesting!!

I quite liked Festival Bay, Ron Jon's not as exciting for women as I was hoping! Mens stuff much better VFM.

I liked the University store, where you could buy hoodies for any state in the USA at rediculous prices! Was this the same store you mentoned Julie? I enjoyed it there, but it still can't beat orlando premium outlets or Ross!

    Hi!
Just wanted to say, if you visit Festival Bay, then be sure to visit, Cold-Stone-Creamery, the best ice-cream around,[] and they sing for you if you tip them!
Also the Ron-Jon Surf-Shop is really good, had good bargains when we were there, and the Vans SkatePark is MEGA! Huge shop with Awesome Skate-Park inside![msnsmile2]

Yep, thats the one, Tink. Everything $8.99 and they have loads of Florida Uni stuff in. There is also a gems and minerals stall which has opened. Pendants, bookends, coasters, chunks of minerals etc plus some ethnic ( looked Indonesian to me) bits and pieces. The western style store is a laugh for all you rhinestone cowboys out there. But the whole mall is really really quiet still and loads of empty stores which doesnt bode well.
