Since we moved here in November, we were living in a furnished rental. We have now moved into a beautiful new apartment with a loft in Tampa. I t has been fun furnishing our new place.
We bought ourselves a lovely King Size bed, I also bought one comforter, and two sets of sheets {king size }The king size sheet set came with two pillow cases, these were also king size, so I had to go and buy king size pillows...
Queen beds are the same as King in the UK,but dont be tempted to buy King here as they will be way to big. American sheets are more generous than the Brit ones. Lik ewise the single sheet sets{twin}.

We always buy a 'Bed in a Bag' from Sears. They have some great colors and patterns.
It includes the top and fitted sheets, a comforter, a valance, and 4 shams (pillow cases).
A full should fit a UK twin. A UK single bed is reffered here as a twin, (They usually have two in a room).

Do they have a Linensnthings in Florida, or do you have to order on the net. Has anyone ordered off of them and how long does it take for the order to come through. We will be in Florida at the end of August and are wondering whether to have it sent to the villa address. Your advices would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Janice.
