OFF TODAY!

well we fly off today, only to Gatwick, our Orlando flight doesn't leave until tomorrow morning but it still means that the holiday has started, hooray!!

The butterflies have started, me and Gillian (13 year old daughter) have been up since 5am!! The flight to Gatwick isn't till 11.35 but what the hell!!

Thanks to all of you for your invaluable advice and information. I've written down all the recommended restuarants, best days to visit, directions and other helpful tips.

I've never been so well prepared in all my life, it's been great fun on the forum though and has helped build the anticipation.

I'll post my trip report when I get back, but I'm not thinking about that toooooooooooooooo much at the moment as you can imagine!

Have a wonderful time - there's a great pub/restaurant near Gatwick, called the Flight Tavern, where you can have a drink and meal in the gardens and watch the planes taking off to get you in the holiday mood[8D]
