Belz bought by prime outlets

Belz has been bought by Prime Outlets. If it's going to be anything like the one at Ellenton on the I75 then Premium Outlets has got some good competition. Belz has looked tired over the last few years so it has to be good news for the shopperholics!!

Is Belz closing, or just being taken over by Prime Outlets?
We are arriving 8th July and usually have at least one trip to Belz.

It is still open at the moment we went last week. It is looking tired though

Still love the Nike shop down there, but I agree too, it does look tired, but still visit every trip without fail!

Belz (the company) also own the festival bay centre across from the original. I guess this is possibly why they#ve sold the original.

Does the sale also include the designer bit just before u get to the Big red Belz Sign? I'm talking about the dull blue Belz designer Sign on the left as you approach that horrible junction.
