Well as the mother of 2 teenagers who often bring friends my gals go for Islands of Adventure (they like Sea World too but IoA wins hands down).

Busch Gardens is a good day out!

Shopping - well where do we begin.

Mall at Millenia - Urban Outfitters is the big must here, plus loads of others that I can't remember.
Premium Outlet Mall - here they shop till they drop
Lake Buena Vista Mall - Old Navy, Gap & Fossil outlet and shoes
Florida Mall - just leave them there all day, it's not an outlet place but prices seem to be in dollars what they are in pounds.

Cd's - check out Wal-mart and Target for the latest US groups.

Do they like converses? If so go to the Osceola Mall on 192 (past the super Wal-mart) and Medieval Times and buy them from the Beals outlet there.

Watersports - you can try Lake Harris which runs various water activities, horse-riding at Poinciana.

I have to say busch Gardens as it has something for everybody including loads of roller coasters. We took our nephews last October and they loved it. The only draw back is the round trip to Tampa, 1.5 hours each way.
As for shopping Premium outlet on International drive, has all the bigs names and is cheap

I of A as already stated, Premium Outlet mall, the water parks. There is a problem with nightlife because of the drinking laws but they may like Downtown Disney, big Virgin and even though he still cant drink at 19, my son still goes to concerts at the House of Blues.

Seaworld and Downtown Disney. The animals always seem to be hit with the teens, especially if you get in early and they can go and pet the dolphins.

My 17 year old son LOVES IOA.It really is his favourite by far. I am sure they would enjoy all the parks though, I think there is always something for everyone. My 19 year old daughter loves to shop in Orlando Premium Outlets, and particualarly likes a shop called Papaya. She comes out weighed down. Chloe

Our girls who are 17 and 15 would pick IOA, they just love it and then propably the water parks they did swim with the dolphins last year and that was certainly a hightlight of their holiday.
As for shopping you could take them anywhere and it would cost us money,, no matter which outlet you go to I'm sure they will find something they just have to have.
    Have a great holiday.
