If you use programmes like ipodderX, you can download broadcasts that you subscribe to in the background directly to your favourite jukebox (iTunes). When you connect your iPod, all the broadcasts are available for you to listen to the next day on the way to and from work.

best thing to do is to go to apple.com/itunes and search for software under the Windows section.
Otherwise, try PCpro.com and go to the downloads>utilities and search on 'podcasting'
