I am sure I heard something about the UK having a heatwave at some point this summer....although somehow I seem to cope better with the heat in Florida than I do here....silly isn't it!!![msncool]

If you want to make sure you dont miss the UK heatwave I can assure you that it will start 22nd July. We go to Florida that day and the weather is always brilliant in UK while we are away.[msnsmile]

its a funny old game florida is having its worst weather in years for now. fort myers had over 10 inch of rain and everywhere else instead of flash storms it has rained constantly for the last few days but today we braved typhoon lagoon and nearly frazzled.but shortly afterwards the heavens opened and we drowned again, its really weird, we then sneaked into planet hollywood and came out to glorious sun. still west ham got promoted and its better than being at work[msnsmile2]

Frustrating wasn't it?? Especially as we weren't doing any parks this time and had gone with the aim of spending most days sunning by the pool [msnsad]
I think we got 2 full days sun and about 4 or 5 half days [msncool]
Brought more sun cream back than I used [msnsad]

But hey we were in Florida and made the most of it (rather be there than here [msnwink]) - and it meant more shopping time [msnoo]

It was lovely and sunny yesterday on our way to UNI for a "movie and a meal" about 5 PM halfway up the I4 we couldn't see 10 foot ahead, we were ok though just followed the lightening flashes[msnscared].

it is going to be a scorcher this weekend in the UK. Might even give Florida a run for it's money (well maybe not!)
