It was pretty busy when we went but we managed to easily get onto a few rides like Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean after only about a five minute wait so it wasn't absolutely heaving. The hot chocolate is pretty decent too... [msnwink]

What do the evenings involve - we arrive on the 17th and are doing Discovery Cove on the 20th, so only really have the 18th to go - is it a very late night[?]

They usually have two parades, one early and one later at about 9.30 pm ish, fireworks, some of the rides are open, free family photographs, free hot chocolate (with marshmallows) and cookies (as many times as you like!), seasonal stories at the castle and a good time!

    Hi Lynne
The website is www.disney.com. Then click on Disney Destinations and choose Walt Disney World. Then on the right hand side of the screen is 'Get a Quote', highlight tickets and click on Go (leave Country of Residence as USA). Then click on special event tickets, scroll down and you will find Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets. (hope all that makes sense and if anyone knows a quicker/better way please tell me). I think that there is a limit of 10,000 people allowed in for the party, so you can usually get round the rides without waiting too long, I think the longest we waited a few years ago was 10 minutes. The parades are spectacular, much longer than the usual parade and there is plenty of room for everyone to watch without pushing and shoving. From memory it starts at 7pm and finishes at midnight so it's a fun packed 5 hours.
