Esprit

Hi All,

Has anyone ever stayed at Espirit? Is this a gated community? Is it convenient to Disney? Any thoughts/ideas on this location?

Hi RedMar,welcome to the forum. If you search onr of the villa sites at the top of the page you'll be able to view a lot of esprit home. if you are thinking of staying there you won't be dissapointed, it's about 10 minutes to disney .

Esprit is one of the closer communities to Disney, I am sure you will have a fantastic time there, enjoy your holiday.[msnsmile2]

You'll find Esprit just at the junction of the 192 and US27. It is very convenient for Disney begin approx 5 miles to the west. Time into Disney varies from around 10 to 15 minutes.
Esprit borders Lake Davenport and we have our own boardwalk and fishing dock. It is not a gated community but it is very peaceful - about half residential, half rental homes - there is a 9 hole golf course running through it with several small lakes.

Esprit is awesome! There is so much so close especially now on the 27. Walmart is a stone's throw as well as a ton of places to eat. I zip around on the Osceola Parkway all day from Esprit for the easiest way to reach all of Orlando!

As Karen says, really close to the new WalMart as well as Disney!!! Bank and Subway right by the entrance also. You ask whether it is gated. It isnt gated in that you have to put a gate code in to enter, it is walled.
