We have been to Florida many times but this is the first time we have a Villa as we are going with all the family. We are staying at Lake Berkeley in Kissimmee. Has anyone stayed there.

We've not stayed at Lake Berkeley (number 13 on the OV map - www.orlandovillas.com/map.asp) but have stayed next door to it in Indian Point. Both are fabulous locations very close to the 192 and all the shops / restaurants (including the HUGE Wal-Mart by Medieval Times) and very close to the attractions.

We stayed at Lake Berkley (in fact it was staying there that made us decide to buy our own villa) and I loved it. It is a great location
