    Park Tickets

Received our park tickets today (disney, and universal). I was surprised at how small and flimsy they are. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep them dry and damage free for the whole 2 weeks. I'm worried that i'll either tear or lose them or something!!

I always take a photocopy of the tickets.
As you say they are flimsy. You can usually find a plastic wallet type sleeve from somewhere, but a copy is useful if they get too wet as the Disney organisers can use the bar code to issue replacements if damaged.
Having said that I think you will find that they stand up to quite a lot of abuse, wet/dry/bending and still work.
Have a great time in Florida.

Not much you can do really other than put them in a little wallet of their own and only take them with you when you go to the parks. If you do damage them and they dont work through the turnstiles Disney will change them

If you go to guest relations in ANY of the parks and explain to them they are having problems, they will exchange them for you.

We did it a couple of years ago.

You can also get little wallets for them too. Just ask at guest relations.

We have 2 year Seaworld & Busch Garden Passes and they are exactly the same!

I have a little plastic wallet I carry them in. I only let the kids (Lee included ) have them to put through the turnstiles and them back in the wallet they go. I also take photocopies of the tickets just in case the worst happens.

If you damage them they will exchange them for you anyway, as long as you keep the purchase receipt

They do exchange - my son (4) didn't like having Minnie on his, so they let him change it for Mickey - now that's customer service[msnsmile2]

Guest services are good. I lost an annual pass - left it in the fastpass machine I think.

Just took the other 4 to guest services and told them the missing name and they printed another. It happens all the time.

The tickets are more robust than they look - mine got soaked on a water ride - just lay them in the sun when I got home and they were fine.[msnwink]
