Complete furniture package for sale

It looks like we have a buyer for the Gulf Coast home so now need to sell the furniture as its a full time resident who wants it.
The furniture can be viewed but please make sure you look at the Gulf coast home, not the Orlando one. I will try to attach some photos here.
The furniture cost $24000 new but we are willing to accept $10-15000 to include everything (even the silk flowers and paintings).
It is a 4 bed home with a 4 poster bed, a queen size bed (which may possibly be being bought by our MC!), 2 sets of twin beds.
There are 2 lounges so 2 sets of sofas, a TV, VCR, CD player, wall units, coffee tables.
A dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
A breakfast room with glass topped table and 6 elegant chairs, matching bar stools.
Pool furniture, good quality sunloungers with slats not padded cushions, table and chairs.

At the moment I have 2 enquirers for the whole lot and another one who would like some of it.
The first is relocating from England but has bought an unfurnished resale and the other has bought a new home 20 minutes from Fort Myers. I'll certainly keep you informed if neither of these come to anything.
